I don't know who this artist is, but someone please figure it out for me.

Beautiful.

There is something fantastic about the idea of cyber-steam technology. It moves our insides and our minds in ways we have never thought prior despite a once existing time of technological clunking and clanking. The touch of passion and adventure of intrigue and mystery that lies behind the dark smokey places that exist in steam culture are always just out of reach, but we still strive to reach them in writing and art and yet only through those expressions we leave a hint of mystery still waiting to be unlocked.

Fantastic storytelling!
